Brittany and Josh had a beautiful rehearsal dinner out at Two Rivers Pavilion with family and close friends. It was a lovely Tennessee evening on the waterfront (makes me miss Tennessee so much!), and all the joy and excitement their guests shared with them was contagious!

Yes, I have been absent a while here! Trying to devote my time to working on wedding books and coffee table books and editing the two weddings I've shot in the past month. But it's time to start posting a little bit of this recent work, so several big wedding posts coming up soon...

Here's a few from an engagement shoot in Chattanooga on April 28th. This beautiful couple was just married on May 14 at Hunter Valley Farms and it was a gorgeous wedding celebration!

We met up at the Bluff View Art District, which was a fun and interesting place...I got there a little early and shot around for fun.

Though I'm done shooting professionally (except to fulfill my wedding contracts for this year), I get the privilege of taking pictures just for fun! And this is some of my sweet family. I have two little nephews that just turned one, and we did some pictures this weekend...

Thank You from Ghana

We are back from Ghana and want to thank all of you from the bottom of our hearts for your prayers and support for this trip! On our last day, the director of the orphanage told us, "You have made a difference in our lives. You have made it better for these kids here." And so I want to pass on this report to all of you, and say that truly, you have made a difference in the lives of the children we were able to reach by your generous donations and your prayers! We were able to bring over eight suitcases full of supplies for two orphanages. We filled the water tank at Rebecca and Jeremiah's orphanage. We purchased food, a refrigerator, some matresses and medicine for the 48 kids living in one single family dwelling in Teshie, Ghana. We used what God provided through all of you to bless these people in the name of Jesus! Thank you so much for playing a part.

I put together a little video of the highlights of our trip. I hope you enjoy the beautiful faces of these precious orphans as much as we did. They are all so special and wonderful, and deserving of a loving family to call their own. We now wait (and our hearts are aching!) for the call to go back for our Rebecca and Jeremiah.
